Opus Enhanced Care (O.E.C) is designed to provide businesses with a fast and effective solution for when telephony service is interrupted unexpectedly. It minimises the risks to the day-to-day running of your organisation and ensures that your customer base is not affected.

How does it work?

With traditional disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, your main number is diverted to a single mobile or landline number. However, the unique setup of Opus Enhanced Care means your callers remain unaware of any issues and business can continue as normal until your telephony service resumes.

  1. In the event of line faults, power cuts or severe weather conditions that have compromised your telephony, Opus will divert incoming calls to your O.E.C virtual landline number within a matter of minutes.
  2. Your O.E.C number will have an Auto-Attendant with a personalised welcome message and the department options set out on your flexible O.E.C routing plan, which can be quickly and easily adapted to reflect changes in your organisation.
  3. In total, you can have up to 7 departments, each of which then diverts to up to 4 numbers of your choice.
